Large stone materials are regularly conveyed into the jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder, and then belt conveyor transfers the primary products to impact crusher for secondary crush. The secondary products will be separated into stone of different sizes by the vibrating screen, the parts satisfying requirements will be sent the finished stockpile by belt conveyor. The parts not satisfying the needs will be returned to the impact crusher for further crush, thus forming a closed circuit. The size of the finished products can be combined and graded according to customer's demand; we can equip with dust removal equipment to protect the environment. This is the basic working process of stone crushing line.
